A Clay select row. The description is optional so a self-evident picker can skip it.
Parameters
- messageKey: string
  The key the page sends the watch.
- label: string
  The row's title.
- options: ClayOption[]
  What the picker offers.
- def: string | number
  The value a fresh install starts on.
- Optionaldescription: string
  The help line under the row, left off when the label says it all.
Returns ClayConfigItem
The row, ready to drop into a section.
